POSITION SUMMARY:

The Interstate Manager supervises a professional and clerical staff.  This includes the supervision, training, and delegation of duties for unit staff members, as well as planning, evaluating and implementing new procedures and policies in order to achieve and maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, and federal performance standards.  The Interstate Manager provides guidance and assistance to unit members and other staff within the office, as well as addressing client complaints related to their staff assignments.
